For people who want to work on decreasing specific problem ares such as anxiety, depression, poor focus (like ADHD), inattention, sleep difficulties, nightmares and other trauma-related pain like PTSD, problematic behaviors, addictions, habit control, physical pain, and ways to increase positive thinking leading to higher self-esteem and positive life
changes. We work with people who’d like to reduce their medication with the cooperation of their psychiatric prescribers for a light additional charge to cover the cost of weekly collaboration with the prescribers to the assure safety and security of the medication reduction plan.
